- All bookings/rentals MUST be booked on the booking site here,and pre-paid.

- No person/group is allowed to rent any part of our facility without a signed rental agreement on file. 

- When you book on this site or call or text your rental information will be sent to our treasurer and an invoice will be emailed ASAP.

- ALL RENTALS MONITORED BY SECURITY CAMERAS, IF YOU STAY LONGER THAN YOUR ALLOTTED TIME, WE WILL EMAIL AN INVOICE FOR THIS EXTRA TIME.

Fort Macleod & District Ag Society Membership

$25.00 Individual, one person, 1 vote

$45.00 Family, 2 adults, 2 votes and up to six children under the age of 16

$45.00 Farm/Ranch, 2 adults, 2 votes and up to 6 children under the age of 16

$125 Corporate/Business, 4 adults, 1 vote 

RENTALS – ALL RENTERS MUST HAVE A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT ON FILE

Indoor Arena Rental - Private

Private Rental definition: Any person renting our facilities for their private use, or the use of their family, or a group up to 5 people only.

The intent of a Private rental is for personal use only, no riding schools, no horse training for other parties, etc. Any rental that the Ag Society deems to be an Event will be charged as such. (see Event Rental below).

Monday through Thursday

$40/hr, or any portion of an hour e.g. stay an additional 15 minutes, you will be invoiced an additional $40

Friday through Sunday

$50/hr, or any portion of an hour e.g. stay an additional 15 minutes, you will be invoiced an additional $50

Rental with Live cattle or smartie, ALL DAYS

$55/hr, or any portion of an hour e.g. stay an additional 15 minutes, you will be invoiced an additional $55

Indoor Arena Rental - Event

Event Rental definition: Any person/group renting our facilities that charge an entry fee, or stock charge or any fee to the participants is considered an event, even under 5 hours. 5-hour rentals and over are always considered an event.

$100 per hour, or any portion of an hour e.g. stay an additional 15 minutes, you will be invoiced an additional $100

$500 flat fee per rental from 5 hours to 10 hours

$50 per hour tractor and operator fee FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT RENTAL PERIOD

Outdoor Arena Rent – Outdoor arena remains CLOSED. We have no watering system in outdoor arena, if you want to hire a water truck and pay for this yourself, call us for possibility of rental.

Outdoor Overnight Cattle Corrals (You Supply Feed & Water)

$75 per night

Outdoor Monthly Cattle Corrals (You Supply Feed & Water)

Less than 14 head of cattle - $120 per month

15-25 head - $160 per month

26-40 head - $250 per month
